After listening carefully to the valuable feedback from many of you, it became clear how important it is for us to make sure this concert is the best it can be. Your voices have always been at the heart of everything we do, and because of that, we’ve made the difficult decision to reschedule the concert to 5 July 2025. We are committed to creating the best experience possible, and we believe this new date will allow us to meet and exceed the expectations you deserve.

We understand this news may come as a disappointment, and for that, we sincerely apologize. However, we are confident that rescheduling the event to a weekend will allow even more Aileeans to attend and make it an unforgettable night for all.

Your current tickets will remain valid for the new date, and no action is required on your part. If the new date does not work for you, please feel free to contact our customer service team for further assistance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Ailee I AM: Here Live in Jakarta Concert Rescheduled and Ticket Options

Dear Aileeans,

After careful consideration and in response to the valuable feedback we’ve received from you, IMagic Event and LOL Asia, the promoters of Ailee I AM: Here Live in Jakarta, have made the difficult decision to reschedule the concert originally planned for 30 October 2024 at The Kasablanka Hall to 5 July 2025.

We understand that this change may affect your plans, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To ensure a positive experience for all ticket holders, we are offering the following options:

1. Ticket Refund

For those who wish to receive a refund, we are happy to process it. However, please note that due to platform and convenience fees incurred during the transaction, refunds will be issued at 95% of the original ticket price. The 5% deduction covers these non-refundable fees.

To request a refund, please reach out to us via Direct Message or complete the form in our bio. Refund requests must be submitted by 15 October 2024, and refunds will be processed within 14 working days from that date.

2. Exclusive Perks for Those Who Keep Their Tickets

We truly appreciate the Aileeans who choose to hold onto their tickets and continue this incredible journey with Ailee. As a token of our gratitude, all ticket holders who retain their tickets will receive these exclusive benefits:

• Super Aileeans (highest tier): Current ticket holders in the Super Aileeans section will be upgraded to the best mid-section seats and will receive a signed CD.

• Other ticket categories: Free seat upgrade: Your ticket will be upgraded to the next tier for an enhanced viewing experience, and you will be placed in the best mid-section seat for an optimal view.

  
  

Additionally, all current ticket holders will be given a special 20% discount coupon to use on their next ticket or merchandise purchase.

3. Potential Ticket Repricing

There is a possibility of ticket repricing before the new date. By keeping your tickets now, you secure all these special perks, while Aileeans who refund and repurchase tickets later may not receive these benefits.
